ispcp error 解决方法

问题：
增加域名的时候错误，查看数据库domain表，发现错误信息repl_tag() | ERROR: Undefined rwith!
解决方法：
Added to ispcp.conf:

CMD_CHMOD = /bin/chmod
CMD_SHELL = /bin/bash

APACHE_CUSTOM_SITES_CONFIG_DIR = /etc/httpd/conf.d/ispcp

Had to fix those too:
Not made during install: the /var/www/scoreboard dir - created
Not made during install: the /etc/apache2/ispcp dir - created
